We take that work in plain language, and the engineering is done by our sister company, Brightwire Labs. Scope is written down. You see the draft before anything goes live. If a tool is not worth the monthly fee, we say so.

A restaurant is a small business with a clock on it. We look at the menu the guest actually orders, the prep that does not survive a rush, the license and the hours, and the page that should be sending people through the door.
That can be a menu rewrite, a simple ordering or booking flow, a search page for the town, or a season plan. It is not a rebrand for its own sake.
